Since each order is handmade and sculpted to your pet, please allow us time to sculpt, mold, & paint your dish. You'll get an email with the tracking number as soon as it ships.

What photos work best for my dish?
Clear, well-lit photos where your pet's face is fully visible work best, so think natural lighting, front-facing shots. Avoid blurry or heavily filtered photos since our artists sculpt directly from them!
How many pets can I put on one dish?
You can have 1, 2, or 3 pets sculpted onto a single dish! If you want separate dishes for each pet, just add multiple to your cart and each one gets its own custom design.
What if my dish arrives damaged?
We package every dish with extra care to make sure it arrives safely. That said, if something does happen in transit, just reach out to us and we'll make it right!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every dish is made specifically for your pup, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is one of a kind and made just for you, but we promise we pour so much love into every order! ❤️
